These Terms apply to all purchases made via the EmaEmoi online store. Any conflicting customer terms are excluded unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Contract Formation

​

Product listings do not constitute binding offers. A contract is formed upon order confirmation by email or shipment of goods.
 

Prices & VAT

​

All prices include 19% German VAT and are stated in EUR.

Additional customs duties or import taxes may apply for deliveries outside the EU and are borne by the customer.

 

Products

​

EmaEmoi offers handcrafted and curated pieces, including production in Germany and international partners (e.g. Vietnam).

Natural variations in colour, texture, and finish are part of the design language and not considered defects.

Production & Delivery

​

Some products are made to order or produced in small batches.

Delivery times include production and international shipping. Estimated lead times are shown on each product page.

Delays may occur due to cross-border logistics or pre-order production.

Shipping

​

Delivery within Germany and the EU.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Risk transfers to the carrier upon dispatch (for consumers, upon delivery).

Payment

​

Accepted methods may include credit card, PayPal, and SEPA transfer.

Payment is due immediately upon order completion.

Retention of Title

​

Goods remain property of EmaEmoi GbR until full payment is received.

Withdrawal Rights

​

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal.

This right may not apply to custom-made or personalised items produced specifically to customer specifications (§ 312g (2) No. 1 BGB).

Liability

​

EmaEmoi is liable only for intent, gross negligence, or essential contractual obligations.

In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this contract.

Governing Law

​

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
